My first KISS concert: the hottest show of my life!

June 16 was a date I was looking forward for months, I'll tell you why. Last night, I could finally see them in live, the hottest band in the world, and whose I am very fan: the legendary band KISS. How many times I have dreamed of this moment? And now this dream come true, and I hope to live it again if the group comes back one day to France. For the concert, I put a shirt KISS but no makeup because I don't feel comfortable with this on my face, that's why I only put masks. But anyway, this is not the topic of this article, so here is a summary of my first evening with KISS.

Before the show begins

I'm not arrived late at Zenith, and I was able to find a good place in the pit.
Before the concert, I discussed with really nice people. I was next to a girl my age, who had Gene Simmons makeup. She said it was the first time she saw them in live too.
The opening band was The Dead Daisies. I did not know them but I really liked their style, vibrant and metal. Very good discovery.
When the curtain with the band's logo stood up, everyone, including me, was impatient and we start screaming "KISS" several times. The lights went out, and the famous intro started: "Alright Paris! You wanted the best? You got the best! The hottest band in the world ..... KISS!!"
I had chills in the back and the curtain fell, the show began! KISS began with their song "Detroit Rock City". The crowd exploded, and me too.

KISS starts!

KISS has put all the means in this concert: explosions of flames, mobile platforms, lasers, lighting effects, giant screens ..... The big show! Gene Simmons spit fire, he also spit blood and flew over the stage with his demon's wings. Paul Stanley held onto a grapple and it passed over the pit to go on a estrada, and do a solo. He even invited two kids to come close to him as he made his solo. They were shy, but we encouraged them. These two kids will never forget this night, and I'm happy for them.
KISS has made a few of my favorite songs like "Hell or Hallelujah", "God of Thunder", "Psycho Circus", "Shout it out Loud" or "Rock and Roll all Night."
At a moment, Gene and Tommy were on mobile platforms that passed above the pit, and Gene passed just above me. He was maybe at three or four meters above me, it was great! Besides, I don't understand why fans say that Tommy and Eric did not deserve to be in the group. They are excellents, I have seen that in live. Tommy is full of energy on stage, and Eric has a masterful drumming. An epic moment is when Paul began to sing the anthem of France, in French! And we all sang with him. It was really funny! Paul has a really good French.
At the end of the show, I was sad it's over, but damn, I was also super tired and super super happy to have lived this. Thanks KISS from all my heart for this unforgettable evening. Rock And Roll!! \m/ \m/

My first Shaka Ponk live: Fucking crazy night with the monkeys!

Last night I went to a small festival not far from home, to see a great band I wanted to see for a long time and dear to my heart: the most dynamic and craziest French band that exists: the only and unique Shaka Ponk!

Me and my sister, waiting for the show.

At first we were rather worried because the weather had planned violent storms, but ultimately there was not a drop of rain, not a cloud, and a super nice time throughout the show. We were well placed towards the middle, with a good overview, and impatient as the show begins. I was with my sister, because we both love Shaka Ponk! :)

The show begins!

When the concert began, the whole crowd (myself included) applauded and shouted with all our might, and the group started his show. An explosion of lights flash, incredible music that did enjoy my ears, amazing animations and super well made, on a giant screen at the back of the stage.
The band performed their hit songs like "I'm Picky", "Shiza Radio", "Twisted Minda", or "Sex Ball", to give some examples. I and the rest of the crowd were overexcited. I danced and shake my head as a degenerate throughout the concert, so that at the end I was exhausted, out of breath, but so happy!
Frah, the male singer, is a true human battery! He jumps around like a real monkey, but it's a real showman, with an incredible presence and with a great humor! Samaha, the female singer, is super beautiful and has an incredible voice. I loved when she did her dance, super sexy! Of course, I do not forget the other members of the group who were all amazing too.
Of course, I say a word about the mascot of the group, Goz, the virtual monkey, which appears on the giant screen on stage and sang and interacted with members of the group. Goz is maybe virtual, but he is considered as a true member of the group, and when we see him dancing and singing on the screen, he really seems real. Goz is the coolest monkey in the world, and I was eager to see him. Yes, Goz is virtual and is a monkey, but I'm a big fan of him. Hail Goz! \m/
Shaka Ponk is the best French rock band, but after seeing them in live, I am more than convinced now! Fucking great night with the Monkey Warriors!

Thank you very much Shaka Ponk for this monumental show that will stay in my memory for the rest of my life! YOU ROCK!
MONKEY POWER! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!
