I am what I am

Sometimes when I walk in the street, I notice that some people stare at me, and some even seem to be intimidated by my outfit of metalheads. Yet I did nothing scary. And now it even seems that I worry people, all because I have different passions of the standard. Yes, I have a fascination with darkness, weapons, living dead creatures, and death itself. But that's not for that I'm going to start killing people, I know still remain lucid.
I got to meet foreign friends, who also have different passions of the standard, so I feel less alone now. I was rejected and seen as a freak at school, and even today, people still think I'm a monster. Well, in that case, if I had to choose, I'd rather be that than becoming a prisoner of the society. Anyway, I've never seen myself as part of the society, and I don't want. And if it means I'll never find love, well I will live my life alone. It may happen, or not.
I am what I am, and happy to be so.

Motörhead: Bad Magic album review

For my birthday, I received the 22th and last album of Motörhead, released this year: Bad Magic. I received a special edition with the cd and vinyl, and also a poster and two patches I could sew on my denim jacket.
I listened to the whole album the same evening that I got it, and I said my opinion on this new album of the most legendary rock band of all time.

For me, none of the songs is to throw. This album is a masterpiece and now is one of my favorite albums of Motörhead. I find it even better than the penultimate album, Aftershock, which is also very good, but Bad Magic is even better for me. Motörhead shows us once again that they are the kings of the Rock N Roll. Lemmy is still as fit, with his powerful voice and his mind-blowing bass riffs, and of course not forgetting its partners, the great Phil Campbell, guitarist, and the incredible Mikkey Dee, the drummer. They too have done a wonderful job on this album.
Motörhead remained in his mind with this album, a good sound Rock N Roll as we love it, with bass riffs, guitar and drums that make us shake his head in all directions. When I listened to the album, I was transported to another world and I danced, even invaded by a great emotion from the bottom of my heart, seeing that they are my idols who made this masterpiece. Of course, some songs have more marked my mind, like "Victory or Die," "Thunder and Lightning", "The Devil," "Till the End" or "When the sky comes looking for you." In this album, the band also did a cover of a Rolling Stones song: "Sympathy for the devil." The cover is excellent and a good tribute to the band, but with Motörhead, it was sure. Many think that this is the last album of the band, but I hope it's not and that they will continue. But if that's true, at least, the group will be concluded with a masterpiece, like the great majority of their albums.
Motörhead is Rock N Roll and Rock N Roll is Motörhead.

List of the album's songs:
1. Victory or Die
2. Thunder and Lightning
3. Fire Storm Hotel
4. Shoot out All of your Lights
5. The Devil
6. Electricity
7. Evil Eye
8. Teach them how to Bleed
9. Till the End
10. Tell me Who to Kill
11. Choking on your Screams
12. When the sky comes looking for you
13. Sympathy for the devil (Rolling Stones cover)

Targaryen Faithful Everyday!

If you know me well enough, you know that I became a a very very huge fan of Daenerys Targaryen. Even now I consider myself as a faithful of the house Targaryen. When I was going to the Game of Thrones Exhibition (where I sat on the Iron Throne), people could lend allegiance to a family of GOT, and of course, I choose without hesitation the Targaryens (although the majority of people chose Stark) but this is not a complaint, it's a good choice too, but I remain faithful to Daenerys at first.
I have a t-shirt Targaryen, I have the action figure of Daenerys in my room and at my birthday, few days ago, I received two new gifts and items for my collection: a mug Targaryen, where now I can drink my favorite drinks when I want, and also a beautiful pendant Targaryen, that I now wears with pride and honor, every day.
When I walk in the street, I don't hesitate, if I want, I wear my shirt and my Targaryen pendant around my neck. I'm a Targaryen for everyday. From the corner of my eye, I've seen some people looks at my shirt or my pendant. Even without knowing me, you could immediately guess who is my favorite character in the series. Some days, I also see other people wearing GOT shirts, and in a way, I'm proud to can show for which house I'm faithful. ;)
I'm faithful to you for life, mother of dragons.

Targaryen FTW! Fire and Blood! \m/

Villain of the Month - Edition N°3

Hi humans, and welcome for this new edition of "The Villain of the Month."

For the month of Halloween, it is normal that I take you to the world of horror, because for this edition, the villain is a legend and his mask has become a symbol of the horror: The immortal and merciless killer: Jason Voorhees.

To know Jason, you should know first and foremost he was human before. Born with a very advanced facial malformation, he suffered and has been rejected during all his childhood. He was the scapegoat for other children, and one day, his mother, Pamela Voorhees, go to the Crystal Lake camp, and she took Jason with him. But one day, Jason fell into the lake, and can not swim, eventually drowning, while the monitors who were expected to monitor him were not doing their work, preferring to indulge in sexual fantasies. Pamela Voorhees then went into a murderous frenzy and killed all monitors, for revenge, but she was killed in turn by the only survivor of the massacre, decapitated by a machete. However, Jason wasn't really dead. He survived his near-drowning and grew up in the madness in the middle of the forest by feeding on dead animals. Thus, hidden behind trees, Jason, still child, witnessed the death of his mother. Following this, the camp was closed down.
It was then, that a monster was born. Using a machete, the gun that killed his mother, Jason began his reign of terror and carnage, killing without pity all who come in Crystal Lake, he now regards as its territory. Jason was no longer human, he had become a monster without mercy.

Over the years, Jason Voorhees became a legend and one of the most beloved fictional killers in the world. His hockey mask became a symbol of the universe of horror movies, so much that he got a film against its biggest rival, another killer as famous as him, Freddy Krueger.
But another highlight is Jason's immortality. He can withstand any form of injury, without feeling any pain, and nothing can stop him when he stalking prey. He can even resist to fire, as it's showing in the movie Freddy vs Jason. Jason also has superhuman strength, as he is able to tear down a door, pull human limbs without any effort .... Jason is strong, but even if he does not speak, don't believe Jason is silly. He is even rather clever, because it knows how to use his environment to surprise its victims and leave them no chance to escape. Jason doesn't always use his machete to kill, he can also use the various sharp objects he finds around him (even a needle) to shred and kill his victims. And when he has no weapons, Jason can even use his own physical strength to kill someone, as strangling.
But even if he has become a heartless monster, I feel really sorry for Jason. He was human, and because of his physical difference, he suffered all his life and ultimately the destiny is still hard on him, and after, a near drowning who did it swung into madness and become a monster. Personally, I think Jason has a kind of justice, in its way, taking his revenge for all the suffering he experienced because of one of the greatest scourge of our world: human cruelty.
Go Jason! Kill them!

For his immortality, his strength, his murders, his legend and his story, Jason Voorhees deserves this special edition and its place in the most iconic villains.

See you next month, for the next edition of "The Villain of the Month"

Mass Effect

October 17th was my birthday, and among my gifts, I received the trilogy of Mass Effect games on PS3. I had heard of this game franchise by my friends who play it, and many have recommended to me. Being also intrigued by this universe, I decided to enter to explore it and make my opinion, although having first watched videos games on youtube, I already felt I was going to like it.

I started the first game yesterday and I continued today, and I would first like to say that the graphics are very well done, the worlds are beautiful, the story is very complex and interesting, the very endearing characters, and many races of aliens that I discovered that intrigues me, to my delight, curious as I am. The Mass Effect universe makes me very thought of Star Wars. I think that Mass Effect is perhaps inspired of SW without having copied it. ME has its own universe, its races, its story, its characters, its plot ..... In short, a unique world of its kind.

Early in the game, before you start, you can choose your first name, your past, and customize the face of your character as we want. That's so great! Now, in the ME universe, my name is Mathias Shepard, orphaned settler who saw his parents get killed by slavers, joined the army and became a war hero later, after resisting alone against an enemy assault . In my head, I add that I am committed the army to protect the innocents, to prevent other families from suffering the same as mine, and so that other children from becoming orphans and suffer like me.
The characters are really cool too, especially the aliens to me. I met Garrus Vakarian, a Turian and Urdnot Wrex, a Krogan. Garrus is really cool and I like his behavior, ready to fight and to follow orders like a true soldier. I have a really good Canadian friend who has a romance with Garrus. Wrex is less calm, but he seems too loyal and his brute side rather makes me laugh. I met girls too. Tali, a Quarian, whose face is hidden by a helmet that reminds me very much the Daft Punk * laughs *. Tali is cool too, and Another of my good Canadian friends has a romance with her.
And then there's Liara T'soni, an Asari. She is the one who attracts me the most. She is kind, intelligent. She interests me a lot, as much as her race than herself, and then also, I think she is very beautiful. In Mass Effect, you can have a romance with a character .... Well, I think my choice is made now. And also the main ship of the game, the Normandy, has the same name as a region of my country, so I feel pretty proud to be the commander of this ship.
For now, I have not finished the first game, but I wanted to say my first impressions, that are very positive, and I feel that ME will become one of my favorite sci-fi universes, at the same rank of Star Wars and Dead Space.

Hero of the Month - Edition N°2

Hello humans, and welcome to this second edition of the "Hero of the Month". In the first edition, we were in the medieval / fantasy universe with Daenerys Targaryen, well, this time, we dive into the world of Sci-Fi.

For the second edition, the hero honored is a robotic warrior and accomplished leader, came from a distant planet to defend the galaxy: Optimus Prime.

Optimus is the central character and even the most famous of the Transformers franchise, he has even become the symbol of this universe. Supreme leader of the Autobots, and like all the transformers, he comes from the planet Cybertron and according to his story, he is the last descendant of a powerful lineage of legendary warriors who did establish peace and justice: The Primes. Optimus thus continues the fight that his ancestors have delivered, to protect the galaxy and forms of life, aided by his faithful warriors Autobots, against the cruel Decepticons, especially against their leader, and his nemesis: Megatron.
The story seems differed through the animated series or films, but however, Optimus keeps the same objective: Protect the galaxy against those who would dominate it by force and fear.

One of the highlights of Optimus, is his personality: While he is a robot, he can feel the feelings like friendship, pain or anger, and in the movies, with his eyes and metallic mouth, which forms as a human face, we can see its expressions and guess what he feels. Optimus also has a great sense of honor and is one of the wisest characters I know. Despite the shortcomings of the human species, he is ready to defend them to the end. He is a great warrior with a great leader soul, and he would be ready to sacrifice himself to save the lives of his friends. His motto is "Freedom is the right of all sentient beings."
This motto, now cult, raises a great point in the way to see Optimus: It's a machine, but however, these features make him even more "human" than some. As I said before, Optimus is also a very abile and strong warrior, part of the latest generation of the Primes. He is able to stand up to several Decepticons simultaneously. He has several weapons including a variety of guns and rifles of all kinds, and in movies, he also has two blades that come out of his wrists, which he handles with great dexterity, and he often uses them to decapitate his enemies. This has also raised an important point is the Optimus behavior change over the films, which has displeased to many fans. Indeed, from the second film, Optimus becomes more violent and less inclined to negotiate, killing his enemies often with a great brutality, while Optimus is primarily a wise, and accepts the fight and to kill only if it's the only and last solution to restore the things.

But then, for his wise personality, to have become the great leader of the Autobots and the symbol of freedom in the Transformers universe, Optimus Prime really deserves its place in the iconic heroes.

See you next month, for the new edition of the "Hero of the Month."

Stupid Internet Trolls!

One thing that happens more and more frequently and with more and more of trolls (I prefer to call them "big jerks"), criticize and judge people about their tastes, and when my friends are targeted, this is thing I can't let pass.
This is really the kind of things that exasperates me and makes me want to get through my screen to give big slaps to trolls.
So, Internet trolls, stop polluting the internet with your useless comments and judgments and go to buy yourself a life instead of annoy others.
I remain polite and I insult not because I did not want to put me at the level of the trolls, and also because they are not worth the trouble.
You know what, trolls? You like to attack people, huh? Well, come and tell me what you think about me, face to face, but I know you will not, cause you're too coward for that. I live my personal war against internet trolls since several years, I know what it means to be treated like a crazy person or a monster, but believe me, I'll never surrender.
The Killmaster is not afraid of you.

Horror Movies Analysis N°3: Farm House

After a very long absence and for the month of Halloween, October, it's the return of the rubric: Horror Movie Analysis. The concept has changed a bit but the idea remains the same: to speak of a horror movie that I saw recently and say my views about it. To avoid the spoil, if you have not yet seen the movie, don't read the article.
For this third rubric, a film whose script seems very basic at first, but ultimately reveals a lot of surprises and suspense for a low budget film: Farm House.

Quick summary of the story: After the death of their disabled son and with a lot of debts, a couple, Chad and Scarlett decide to change their life and leave from San Diego to live in Seattle. But on the road, Chad falls asleep at the wheel and the car struck a pole. The car turned off, the couple finds refuge with a couple of wine producers who live in the middle of nowhere. The farmers are very friendly and even offer hospitality to Chad and Scarlett, and they accept. But during the night, Chad and Scarlett find themselves tied and gagged in the barn and are tortured by the couple of farmers, which now show sadistic and psychotic. Chad and Scarlett are going to do everything to survive, and trying to find out why these people seem so eager to kill them.

As I said, a very basic scenario, but at first glance, because Farm House is not a simple horror film, it is also a thriller, with a lot of suspense. In Farm House, the wrong people are not necessarily the ones you might think, because behind this story of torture and kidnapping, hides a dark secret that Chad and Scarlett are trying to hide and forget since several months.
Chad had gambling debts and his couple was threatened by the men to whom he owed money. For pay them, Chad and Scarlett decided to drown their son and to pay the debts with the money from life insurance. Scarlett drowned her son in the tub, telling to Chad that they could start a new life and have other children, and that in any case, being disabled, their actual son could never have a normal life.
Horrible story it's true, but what is the link with the couple of farmers you will tell me? I'll get to that. Warning: Big spoil!
At the end of the film, appears the true great monster of the film: Satan! Yes, the devil himself appears in front of Chad and Scarlett, alongside the pair of winemakers, Samael and Lillith, who are actually demons. Satan reveals to Chad and Scarlett they died in the accident against the post and they have been sent to hell to be punished for killing their son.
Scarlett seems to have a connection with Satan, for being small, she had already met him, unknowingly. When she was little, Scarlett was abused by her father, and to save her, the mother of Scarlett had killed her abusive husband, and Scarlett had lied about the consequences of his death, but revealed them to an old man who claimed to be the a friend of his father, but was actually the devil. At this moment, Satan knew that being bad was part of Scarlett. At the end of the movie, Satan even told to Chad and Scarlett: "You know, if I was not the one I'm really, I'd say you are horrible persons." Chad and Scarlett are therefore condemned to remain in hell for what they did.

To conclude this Horror Movie Analysis, I would say that Farm House is perhaps a low-budget film, but the actors are good, the special effects are very good, and some gore scenes too. In conclusion, I would say that Farm House is not a film to judge before seeing it. I therefore advise it, as I liked, and I think a lot of horror fans say the same thing. I'm not trying to influence you absolutely, I say just my personal view.

Matt Thargar: My Star Wars Alter-Ego

Who has not yet imagined being a jedi or live in the SW universe for real? Being a fan since childhood, I imagined myself how I would be in Star Wars, and here's the description of my Alter Ego and his story.

Matt Thargar was born on the planet Mandalore. He is the son of Daenia Thargar, a rich woman with long silver hair, senator and a close friend of the Duchess Satine. Daenia was known to be a woman with a great mind and fair, and had more and more influence in the Senate. Matt has never known his father, this one having died before his birth. All he knows is that his father was a great captain aboard a military ship of Mandalore. Matt spent his childhood on Mandalore, but the politician life doesn't interested him. During his childhood, he does not really have many friends and spent most of his time in his bedroom. This isolation made him dark, almost unsociable, which worried Daenia.
But Daenia having more and more influence, she became a target, and one day, terrorists named Death Watchs, were paid by Count Dooku to kill her. One day, as she climbed aboard her personal shuttle to go to a meeting, Daenia was killed in the explosion of a bomb hidden in the engine of the shuttle. Mathias saw everything that happened, from the balcony of his room.

Matt had time to go in the street to take out the body of his mother from the rubble of the shuttle, but it was too late, Daenia was already dead. Taking his mother in his arms, Matt had the broken heart and the pain awoke something in him that he always had, but he did not know: the power of the Force. Invaded by sadness and anger, Matt unleashed his gift unintentionally, and debris from the shuttle were thrown into the air, like magic. Destroyed and terrorized by what he had done, Matt flees. Duchess Satine, a great friend of his mother, was very saddened by the death of Daenia, and managed to find Matt and offered him her help. But blinded by sadness and anger, Matt refused and fled again. During 3 years, he wandered like a hermit in the streets of the city, feeding himself as he could and being forced to steal to survive. He attended the gangs, and was haunted all this time by the death of his mother, which made him even more aggressive and dark. But one day, while he fighted against three men in an alley, he was spotted by the Jedi Master Plo Koon, who came with Obi Wan kenobi, to investigate a spy case involving the Duchess Satine. Plo Koon felt great anger in Mathias, but also a great link with the Force, with an energy as he had never felt before. Having calmed the young man and a long discussion, Plo Koon managed to convince Matt to come to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, and Matt was agreed, considering now he was nothing on Mandalore.

Thus Matt came to the temple and was presented by Plo Koon to the Jedi Council. All felt the force in him, especially Master Yoda, who was quite surprised to feel such anger in one person. But Mace Windu feared that this anger and the pain were too dangerous to form him in the Jedi training, however, Plo Koon was confident of being able to help Matt to channel his hatred and make him become a great Jedi. The majority of the council members have accepted to let a chance to Matt, but only Mace Windu was reluctant to that.
Plo Koon became the master of Matt and for several years, Matt followed the advices of his master and progressed very quickly, especially at the lightsaber combats. Among his group, Matt was the first to found his crystal, at the bottom of an ice tunnel, where he had to, in the darkness, facing a creature he was unable to identify, and he managed to throw the creature into a crevasse by using the Force. All he could describe of this creature is that it was "humanoid, with long white hair and bright red eyes, emitted an intense cold from her body and whose the roar sounded like the crackling of the ice." Although he was the first to find his crystal, Matt was the last to exit the cave, just few seconds before the frozen door closed completely.
Matt made his lightsaber (is crystal being blue), as he imagined, in a metal of Mandalore, and he adorned the tip with a small silver dragon head, as the dragon has always been the symbol of his mother. But his crystal was so powerful that his lightsaber needed a crossguard to not explode, and now form a blue lightsaber with a laser crossguard, Matt being among the very rare Jedi of the history to have get a lightsaber model like this. Matt would not wear the traditional dress of jedi and only wears black clothes with a large black hooded cloak, for he said that black has always been his color and he felt good like this. Plo Koon had no objection, but many council members were not certain of this choice. Matt also leaves his long hair and his goatee on his chin. Matt had become one of the strongest padawans in the lightsaber combats, but he scared the others because of his offensive techniques too and its aggressiveness in combat, Plo Koon remarked that from the start. Matt found it hard to channel his anger and Plo Koon felt at several times the young man's desire to hurt, especially to those who had killed his mother. Plo Koon taught the ways of the force to the young man, making him meditate and saying to him that revenge is not the way of the Jedi. Despite his choleric temperament and lonely, Matt was a very good padawan. He was allowed to leave with his master for a first mission, on his home planet Mandalore. Together, Plo Koon and Matt stopped an espionage group who attempted to infiltrate the planet defense networks to sell them to the separatists. Among the group of spies, Matt met a man, who was the one who under the orders of Dooku, had put the bomb in the shuttle of Dania, to kill her. Carried away by his anger, Matt killed the man by piercing him with his lightsaber, before Plo Koon have time to intervene. Later, Plo Koon came to see Matt, who sat in silence, thinking. When he asked him if he felt good, Matt replied with this phrase "better than ever." in a tone quite dark and with a smile at the corner of the mouth. After the mission, Duchess Satine wanted to thank the Jedi, and recognized Matt even though he grew up. However, after what Matt did, Plo Koon had no choice to make him pass in front of the council. Matt was severely reprimanded for killing a man "by revenge." When Yoda asked to Matt if he wanted to say a word, Matt did not answer, but one thing, very calmly: "What's done is done, and I have no regrets." Faced with these words, the council took the decision to punish Matt, and for five months, the young Matt remained in the protection of the archives and far away of the fights. It's during these five months that he met for the first time Ashoka Tano, a young female togruta, also punished and forced to protect the archives 'cause she disobeyed to her master, Anakin Skywalker. Day by day, Matt and Ahsoka became more and more friends, and a frendship was born.
One of the greatest feats of Matt was on a mission to Naboo, where Matt managed to destroy 15 battle droids with the force, and throw them all on the ground to destroy them. And during another mission, on Coruscant, he managed to capture the bounty hunter Cad Bane, and sent him to prison.
But Matt's training was not without fault because a day, taken by a violent fit of anger, he threatened Mace Windu, with his lightsaber. Plo Koon managed to calm his padawan, but this act only reinforced the distrust of Windu to the young man.
During his formative years, Matt often went to see Master Yoda, to confide about his anger and feelings about his past, and Yoda did what he could to help the young man to find his way. Matt met the other jedi of the temple, regarded Plo Koon as a father, and Master Yoda as a mentor. He became friends with two other jedi in particular: Aayla Secura, a female Twi'lek Jedi Knight, and he became good friend with another Padawan: Emi Takori, a young human woman. Among all the Padawans, Matt is a solitary, spending most of his time alone. Plo Koon said once to the council "I have never seen a novice with such anger in him, but without being affect by the dark side."
And finally, Matt, like Ahsoka and Emi, received the rank of Jedi Knight, which strengthened the confidence of the young man and lessened his anger. Soon, he spent more and more time with Ahsoka, and fell in love with her, and the feeling seemed to be mutual. But the law of the Jedi forbade any love relationship, and they knew it. Mutually, they told their past, their memories .... Ahsoka was very sorry about Matt's past, but at the same time, it strengthened her sympathy to him and she became even closer to Matt. And finally, one day, Matt took Ahsoka on Mandalore, in a large residence located in the countryside. This second home belonged to Daenia, and Matt was therefore the heir. While they were on the balcony to watch the sunset, Matt took his courage and confessed his sincere feelings for Ahsoka, and she told him she loved him too. Ahsoka and Matt kissed for the first time. This kiss strengthened their love even more, and so they began a secret relationship, but very sincere. Over the months, Matt and Ahsoka continued their relationship. Several times a week, Ahsoka joined Matt in his apartment, or vice versa, and they spent the night together. One night, the couple made love for the first time, but Ahsoka did not get pregnant, which in a sense reassured the couple, who did not want children, at least not yet, not to rush things and risk that their relationship being discovered.
Matt and Ahsoka continue since their love relationship without revealing it to anyone, and now the biggest secret desire of the couple is to marry and have children.

My first Impressions about the Halo universe

I didn't grow up with the Halo universe, and I still don't know very well this vast universe, but in recent days, I read a lot on Halo wiki, to learn the maximum. I have not yet read books or play games of the saga, but above all, I like to learn a lot in order to understand and not feel lost. You will tell me, how can I give my impressions without having to play games? That's true, but I can still give my impressions of how I feels the desire to discover this universe. Correct me in the comments if I make a mistake.

From what I read, there are four main factions in Halo:

- UNSC (United Nations Space Command), represents the humans in Halo. Apparently, this is the faction the most appreciated by the players. The best known human is obviously the main hero of the saga, Master Chief, or also known as John-117, as the most famous character in all Halo and also became an icon among all the fictional heroes.
The human army of Halo seems not different from the other armies in the fictional futuristic universes: an equipment and powerful weapons at the forefront of technology, a highly organized command and leaded with severity and sense of duty.

- Covenant Alliance, an army of several alien species that are the main enemies of humans. I must say that the Covenant Alliance was one of the most interesting for me, because I really like the concept of an alliance between different alien races to fight together against the humans. In the races I saw: the Grunts (Unggoy), Elites (Sangheili), Prophets (San 'Shyuum), Brutes (Jiralhanee) Jackals (Kig-Yar), Hunters (Mgalekgolo) and Drones (Yanme'e).
Each species has a row in the covenant, and all species interest me (especially Hunters, Elites and Grunts)

- The Flood, or Parasite, Still something that interests me a lot. From what I read, the parasite appears to be a creature feared by all, because very dangerous and fast to reproduce. I saw pictures of several parasites, and they remind me a bit the Necromorphs from Dead Space, but unlike, the Necromorphs can only appear from dead tissue, while the Parasite of Halo seems to infect the living and the dead.

- The Forerunners, another alien race who are the creators of the Halos and their functions. The Forerunners created the Halos to contain the parasite and prevent it from spreading across the galaxy, and in case, the Halos were designed to destroy entire galaxies to prevent contamination of living species by the parasite. The Forerunners seem to have disappeared, having left behind them, the remains of their empire. The other species see the Forerunners as kinds of gods, as the supreme race of the universe. The history of the Forerunners is really interesting and very complex, and thanks to one of my really good Canadian friends, I know one of them, named the Didact (Emily, it's for you) ;)

To finish this article, I want to talk about a character who really interested me and which I don't stop thinking since the recent days. Her name is Cortana, she is an AI (Artificial Intelligence) and is considered as one of the main characters in the Halo saga, from what I read. She is also very close to Master Chief, she guides and assists him during his missions.
I watch Halo videos with scenes between Cortana and Master Chief, and I must say she really intrigues me. Cortana is an AI, and yet she seems above it, as she seems to feel human feelings, such as the affection, especially for Master Chief. Cortana does not seem like the others, and that's what attracts me to her, and also the fact that, despite she is an AI, she is rather beautiful. I really want to know all about her.
Cortana, I want to know you.

Those are my first impressions and desires of discovery. If I join the Haloverse, which way I will choose? Humans? Ha! Since always, in any fictional universe, I've never been with humans. The alien races and worlds are really numerous and interesting, a paradise for the explorer that I am, always delighted to discover new horizons. I don't predict the future, but I think I'm going to like what is hiding in this universe.
