Paarthurnax

Seeing that my friends were playing to Skyrim, I decided myself to try. Skyrim is a game that has worked very well, which has sold millions of copies and has received hundreds of awards.

Well, I can tell you that I am not disappointed to have buy it. Of beautiful sceneries, a varied and beautiful bestiary, of really amazing quests and great characters.

In this article, I talk about my favorite character in Skyrim: Paarthurnax, the dragon.

Paarthurnax is a powerful dragon but also very old, who lives alone, on top of the highest mountain of Skyrim, the throat of the world. Rare are those who can boast of having met him, because this mountain is very hard to access, and hides many dangers.

Paarthurnax is the brother of Alduin, an evil dragon who wants to destroy the world. But Paarthurnax has turned against his brother and helps the humans to fight the evil dragon.

For me, Paarthurnax is one of the wisest characters I met. It gives valuable advice and sometimes speaks in riddles, and it's to us to understand what he means.

It also teaches us how to fight Alduin. He sometimes speaks in the draconic language, a complicated language but very interesting.

To a point in the game, we are given a mission to kill Paarthurnax, because they believe he deserves death. You are not required to do so.

For example, I did not kill Paarthurnax, and I never will. I consider him like my friend and master. Even if it is only a fictional character, I respect Paarthurnax. I always had great respect for dragons, because these are beautiful and powerful creatures.

To me, those who kill Paarthurnax are not true Dovahkiins.

Dark Floors 2

Tonight I just watched the film Dark Floors. And at the end of the film, a question arises in my mind: if a second film was made​​, how would it be?

Already we could make reappearing the character of Sarah (Skye Bennett), who has grows. We could also see again his father, Ben (Noah Huntley), who continues to care to her and love her, as a father loves his daughter.

The scenario would be like this: Sarah believes have escaped the creatures that chase her, but unfortunately, the nightmare begins.

To the place the film, I still think a hospital would not be the right choice. Should be somewhere else, but I don't seem to find one that would suit.

For the monsters (Lordi), is that the same monsters will appear as in the first film (As Kita and Awa), or is that new group members (Mana and Hella) take their places? the choice is yours.

For abilities, I think we should leave the same powers to Mr. Lordi, Amen and Ox, as in the first film, but with their new outfits.

For Mana, I think of dark powers, like being able to turn off the lights, make appear of shadows to be able to catch the living beings, or even turn into cloud of bugs to go faster.

Hella, as a living doll, I thought of the physical powers. As to give life to objects, especially other dolls. If you have other powers for her, give me your suggestions.

But in my opinion, I doubt that there was a second film about Dark Floors, which is unfortunate.

Rubilax: a good who wants playing the villain

Today, I'm talking about one of my favorite cartoon characters: the demon, Rubilax.

  It appears in the excellent animated series Wakfu (inspired by the famous game of the same name).

Rubilax is a shushu, a kind of very dangerous demon, who has many powers. The Shushus crave destruction and blood. They invade the worlds, to destroy them, one by one.

Rubilax is a shushu with four elements: fire, water, stone and ice. It is nicknamed "the shushu of the carnage" because when he gets angry, he takes pleasure in massacring everyone and make a carnage around him.
But despite this rage, Rubilax is actually a good that makes the villain.

At the beginning of the series, Rubilax is enclosed in a sword, and has for guardian, Sir Tristepin, a strong but not very clever warrior.

Rubilax despises Tristepin and has no respect for him, even to insult him or mock him.

But in the middle of the series, Tristepin managed to defeat Rubilax in duel, and at the same time gaining the respect of the demon.

But even if he has a lot of power, Rubilax is not happy. He considers himself a villain, but in reality it is one of the most tender Shushus, as pointed out Rushu, the king of Shushus.

After being humiliated in front of his king and the others Shushus, Rubilax understands that he is not bad enough to be a real demon. He rebels against his leader and joined the humans to fight his former brethren.

Rubilax has four elements as powers, but he has others powers. One of its most powerful powers and grow after receiving blows. Indeed, at first, Rubilax measures less than a meter high, but when he takes a beating, he will grow and become indestructible. Moreover, he pointed out to Tristepin when this one just hit Rubilax and that he grows before him.

"Yes, it always suprend the first time. More you hit me, the more I become big, and more I become big, the more I become strong!"

Rubilax to also quite black humor, and even after being defeated by Tristepin, he continues to mock him from time to time, but not unkindly.

Finally, I can not help but feel sorry for Rubilax. All he wanted was to be a demon worthy of the others, but it is different of the others and too nice. He realized that even humans treat him better than his brothers.

N°1: Lady Awa (Lordi)

Lady Awa from Lordi. She is and she will always remain number one in my heart. As soon as I saw her, I immediately loved her. A revelation to me. She is beautiful, talented, and she has a beautiful voice. When she decided to left the group in 2012, I really struggled to accept, but it is his choice and I respect that. Awa, you're the most beautiful and you will remain in my heart forever.

N°2: Hella (Lordi)

Yes, my second favorite is also a woman Lordi. Hella, the scarbie. It is true that at first I had trouble accepting that she replaces Awa as keyboardist. But little by little, I finally accepted her, and it even became my second "evilove". Hella is the worthy successor of Awa, she is also talented, beautiful ...

Hella, when I saw her for the first time in real, April 9th, 2013, I had trouble believing it, but it will be a memorable moment for me.

N°3: Slymenstra Hymen (Gwar)

Beware gentlemen, here is the woman warrior, Slymenstra Hymen from Gwar. One of the women with the hottest outfits that I've seen. But also, she has a beautiful voice, a great beauty, she is also a great dancer and she can spitting of flames.

She does not hesitate to attack the boys, she is not afraid of them.

N°4: Indica

Well there, I'm fell to the paradise. A Finnish rock group, consisting solely of women, all beautiful and talented. I love them all.

N°5: Tarja Turunen (Nightwish)

Frankly, who could not love Tarja Turunen, former singer of the famous Finnish band Nightwish. An angelic face, a beautiful, mesmerizing and soft voice.

Now she follows her own career, solo, and I wish him a long and happy career.

N°7: Anna Stefanowicz (UnSun)

Now, here is Anna Stefanowicz, singer of the Polish group, UnSun, a group that I hope will continue to rise and make a great career in music. I have said before and I'll say to each, Anna has a beautiful voice, a great presence and she hypnotizes me completely. I hope to one day see her in real life.

N°8: Hayley Williams (Paramore)

Young. Beauty. Already great, but can go even further. Always full of future. These are the words to describe Hayley Williams, singer of Paramore. The young singer has only 24 years old, but the group is already at the top, and hopefully still for long, for our greatest pleasure.

Hayley, continues to make me dream.

N°9: Jen Ledger (Skillet)

Yes, there are not the guys who are gifted to the battery. Jen Ledger is the drummer of the rock band, Skillet. She knows typing on a battery like a pro, and more, she sings beautifully. The perfect drummer.

N°10: Ariel Bloomer (Icon For Hire)

Girls a bit of a tomboy, I always loved it. And Ariel Bloomer is a perfect example. Dressed as a pure rocker, a wonderful and beautiful voice, an equally admirable beauty and an incredible talent. Yes, Ariel Bloomer is all this, and she deserves it.

N°11: Anette Olzon (Nightwish)

Decidely, the Finnish women have literally hypnotized me. Anette Olzon, successor of Tarja in Nightwish. Although many do not accept the departure of Tarja, and the arrival of Anette, I think she deserved to be also in this group. Anette is a great singer with great talent and huge potential, I really think it, and I'm sure.

N°12: Lzzy Hale (Halestorm)

Another beauty of the music, Lzzy Hale, lead singer of American band, Halestorm. She has 29 years, and yet, one would think that she has only 21 years. Lzzy has a beautiful voice but also powerful. She may as well sing softly that take a deeper voice.

N°13: Amy Lee (Evanescence)

And behold, Amy Lee, the famous singer of the famous band, Evanescence. As a fan of rock and metal, I've put Amy Lee in my favorites, obviously. Amy has a unique voice and sings with an equally unique way. She takes us completely with her in his songs.

Horror Movie Analysis N°2: Dark Floors

For the second edition of Horror Movie Analysis, I speak about the movie Dark Floors.

Summary: Worried about the health of his autistic daughter, the father sees as the only option, kidnapping of the hospital by force. An elevator breakdown prevents a smooth exit and imprisons them with others. Yet the incident is only the beginning of a descent into nightmare. As the doors open, the hospital appears mysteriously deserted. When mutilated bodies are found, creatures from a dark world start a frightening attack. It soon becomes clear that the survival of the group based solely on the little girl.

Dark Floors is a horror film, directed by Pete Riski, and featuring the Finnish hard rock band, Lordi, in the role of monsters.

This film has not be a very good home from the public, and I do not understand why. The dark atmosphere and to the appointments, the actors are good and the story is classic, but good.

It is true, that the first time it's a little difficult to understand the whole movie, but it takes is knowing how to listen to what the characters say and have a good eye for spotting things that will help you to understand what happens in this story.

Lordi perfectly fulfills their roles of monsters. Not too much gore, but mainly the psychological fear, one wonders if the characters are still in the real world or in another dimension, which leads us to ask questions.

The Creatures:

In this film, the group of survivors must face supernatural creatures and very dangerous. Each of the monsters to his abilities and his character.

Awa is the first monster movie. This is an aggressive ghost woman, able to pass through walls and push a screech able to break the glass. But it seems that a strong light is powerful enough to scare her.

Kita is the second monster to appear. This is an alien beast, with huge fangs and who seems to like human flesh. He bites Jon to the leg and later, he is seen in devouring the entrails of a human corpse.

Ox is somehow "the brute" and the third monster. This is a zombie minotaur, powerful, aggressive and capable of destroying everything in its path. It was he who kills Rick, in crushing him against a door.

Amen is the fourth to enter the scene. It's a mummy, he can teleport and cause sandstorms. Amen will do much damage during his appearances, killing Jon and in trying to kill Ben. But it will be impaled by Tobias.

Mr. Lordi is the last monster, and also the leader. It is a powerful humanoid creature, which appears to control the darkness and use it as a weapon to kill his victims. Thus he launches the darkness in pursuit of Sarah and Ben. Mr. Lordi is certainly the most dangerous monster of the movie.

Analysis

Scenario: 9/10

Total: 44/50

Even if there are not too many gory scenes, it does not make a bad horror movie. The sinister atmosphere of the abandoned hospital you put pressure, the scenario is classic, but still effective. The actors are good, especially Skye Bennett that beautifully plays the role of Sarah, the autistic daughter. The monsters are great, aggressive, evil and bloodthirsty.

Even though this film received a lot of negative reviews, I find it's a great movie, and I'm not alone in thinking this. So yes, it is a good movie and I highly recommend it.

Horror Movie Analysis N°1: The Descent

Welcome to Horror Movie Analysis, A rubric or i speak of a horror movie, and or I assigns a score out of 50, based on five specific criteria: the gore, the atmosphere, the scenario, the actors and the creatures (or the killers) of the film.
For this first installment, I will talk about a film considered one of the most frightening horror films of these recent years: The Descent


Summary: Six young women decide to go make of caving in the mountains. At first everything goes well, but soon after that they are entered into the cave, a landslide prevents them from turning back and one of the girls was seriously injured in the leg. For young women, this is only the beginning of the nightmare, because they will discover that these caves are inhabited by humanoid creatures, blind, and extremely dangerous.

As I said, The Descent is considered one of the most frightening horror movies of these recent years, and I'm agree with that. A dark atmosphere, we dived with these women, in the darkness of these caves, or madness and claustrophobia stalking you.

In this film, the survival instincts take over and our young women are reduced to fight and kill to survive against hordes of thirsty creatures of blood, which will try to shred them. Although the film is slow to start, as soon as the creatures appear, it does not stop and gradually the group of women is mercilessly decimated in a violence and a rage no mercy.

But these women also give a hard time to the creatures. But sometimes survival instinct drives us to do things, even if that means, it should cost the life of a loved one. With the gore and the horror, of dramatic scenes or the destiny push these women to make terrible choices.

This film is not recommended for sensitive people.

The Creatures:

In the movie, the group of women must fight of monsters called the Crawlers. They are prehistoric men who have been stuck underground for centuries, and which are adapted to life underground. Their skin became gray and slimy, and their ears like that of a bat. They move by crawling and can climb walls with extraordinary agility. These monsters are completely blind, but instead, they have extremely sensitive hearing, which allows them to locate their prey. To survive against these monsters, silence is the best weapon.

In addition, they have claws and fangs, terribly effective, and they know or biting for do the most damage and kill their victims quickly.

Conclusion:

The Descent is a pure masterpiece of the horror movies, and I conseile to all fans. Of gore, horror, terrifying monsters, of really talented actresses, and a scenario that takes the road and plunges you straight into this dark and macabre atmosphere.

So, yes, I recommend this film.

The bands I want to see or see again

Lordi (See again)

I've seen Lordi in concert, April 9th, 2013, and I will soon see them again, December 11th, 2013. As a big fan and a member of Lordi Army, I must say that seeing Lordi twice in the same year is a great experience. I could also see them to the Hellfest, but I could not go, unfortunately. But I never get tired of listening them and seeing them.

In addition, I will see again all the group members, but especially Hella.

KISS (See)

As a fan of rock and metal, KISS is one of the groups that I must see at least once in my life, and I hope it will be soon. But hey, given their popularity and demand for the concerts, I think we can expect a concert in France, soon.

I do not know what somebody feel in a KISS concert, but I think it must be quite a rush of adrenaline, and I look forward to feel this experience.

Slipknot (See)

I can not remember the last time that Slipknot quite a concert in France. I saw videos of concerts on the internet, and I can tell you that it really heavy metal. The fans are overexcited and the group too. The members do not hesitate to leave their posts to go jump in the public.

Yeah, a concert of Slipknot, this is not just a concert, but it's also a good way to unwind and for make the madman.

Gwar (See)

Of degenerate monsters, a aggresive and metal music, and commissioning crazy scene.

Yeah, a Gwar concert is an experience that I want to live. Fighting of monsters on the stage, dismembered bodies, blood everywhere and even the band does not hesitate to spray the audience with fake blood. Who want a rare steak cooked? No problem, Gwar will serve you, but raw, and well watered with blood.

Stupeflip (See)

The craziest French band and whose popularity is constantly increasing. Stupeflip expands its domination across France, and more and more fans join the ranks of the Stup Religion. Myself, I am a Stup religious. But I've never seen them in concert, but I hope one day.....

Of words completely weird, A varied and strange music, a dark setting and bizarre staging. Stupeflip is my favorite French band, and I absolutely want to see them.

Nightwish (See)

Ah Nightwish, one of the most melodic bands I know. Unfortunately, I've never seen him in concert, and it's a pity. Anyway, I want to hear their music very closely, and also hear the beautiful voice of singer, Floor Jansen.

AC/DC (See)

As KISS, AC/DC is one of the groups must see as a fan of rock and metal.

AC/DC was one of the first bands I've listen and that has begin to make me love rock and metal.

I would like to see all members of the group, but especially Angus Young, one of my favorite guitarists.

Daft Punk (See)

Daft Punk, or one of the most popular bands in France. Dynamic and catchy techno music that makes you want to dance, millions of albums sold worldwide and a popularity that has not dried up.

I hope one day I could see these two robots in one of their concerts.

Halestorm (See)

I know this band since not long time, but I can tell you that I really like. The woman singer, Lzzy Hale, is really beautiful and her voice enchants me totally.

UnSun (See)

Group that I discovered this year and for me, is really dedicated to a great future.

Of beautiful and melodic songs, many stories in the clips and also really talented members, especially (for me), the singer, Anna Stefanowicz.

And of course, many others bands that i want to see....

Stories and Imagination

Since forever, I have a vivid imagination. I never understood why it was so vast.

Already when I was a child, I imagined of stories with my toys and I drew stories on paper.

Now, I let my imagination run free and I write stories.

I specialize mainly in the field of fantasy and horror, because these are of areas that I love.

In my stories, the monsters have still have important roles, that they are nice or nasty. I want to show everyone that monster stories are always fascinating and that they never die.

Even today, I continue to draw monsters on paper, and one day I hope to show my work to people and see what they think.

Sometimes when I draw monsters so bizarre that I wonder if in seeing them, my family or my friends think I'm crazy.

In any case, I draw, I write and I let my imagination grow, and I hope it will never disappear.

Sometimes when I'm bored and I'm alone, I imagine in my head, of monsters in the street, in front of me, or even in my house, and it works. I know it may seem disturbing to some, but I'm like that.

Do not worry, I know to stay clear, I do not live in my imagination constantly. I know differentiate real life of the fantasy.

But this is not because later, I have a job, I will necessarily stop to fun and imagine.

Necromorphs: the creatures from hell

The Necromorphs are among my favorite monsters. These are corpses infected with a virus alien, and turn into mutant creatures dangerous and very aggressive.

And horror of horrors, there are many kinds, like the Slashers, the most common Necromorphs, or the Brutes, huge creatures capable of destroying walls.

These monsters are the main enemies in the Dead Space saga, which is known as the saga that revolutionized the survival horror genre.

The best and fastest way, to kill the Necromorphs is to dismember them. If you aim the body, it will do them almost no effect and you will waste ammunition for nothing. Go for the legs to keep them from running or aim the arms to prevent them from attacking. But beware, some Necromorphs can attack from a distance, so beware.

In the category of gory and terrifying monsters , I place the Necromorphs to the first places. Now I am no longer afraid of these monsters , but at first , they really scared me.

Careful, Dead Space is a game banned at least 18 years and is quite gory and creepy . So if you're heart , too sensitive or too young, go your way.

Now, it's time for the Necromorph invasion.
